AXA-Bocconi Gender Equality Conference 2023

The lab, dedicated to promoting scientific research and raising awareness of the importance of gender diversity in society, was created in 2020 thanks to the collaboration between AXA and Bocconi University with the support of the AXA Research Fund.
The conference will shed light on the results of the most recent research conducted by the Lab and will be an opportunity to foster public debate on the role of gender equality in building an inclusive and resilient society.
It will be opened by the remarks of Francesco Billari, Rector of Bocconi University, and Giacomo Gigantiello, CEO of AXA Italia, followed by an international panel of discussion that will involve:
Prof. Paola Profeta, Full Professor at Bocconi University and Dean for diversity, inclusion and sustainability and Director of AXA Research Lab on Gender Equality – together with Professor Anne Boring, Director of the AXA-Sciences Po Women in Business Chair alongside Monika Queisser, Head of Social Policy at the OECD, and Simone Innocenti, Chief HR, Organization & Culture Officer of AXA Italy.
Eugenia Roccella, Minister for the Family, Birth and Equal Opportunities, has been invited for the Closing remarks.
A remote connection link will be available to follow the Conference on this page or via our Twitter @AXAResearchFund, starting March 27th.
