2022 was an exceptionally active year for the AXA Research Fund, with research funding being focused on the impact of climate change on health, a new publication on societal resilience with a discussion by business, academic and institutional experts, a variety of outreach activities aimed at informing decision-making, and project funding partnerships with leading research-based public policy-making bodies such as IPBES, UNESCO, and the Geneva Health Forum. Lastly, the AXA Research Fund received approval for a new 5-year mandate starting in January 2023.
