Stress and Your Health – A Series of Educational Videos
Stress is an inevitable part of life, especially for students. However, stress can take a toll on both our physical and mental health. Former AXA Grantee Dr Annie Ginty developed a 3-part series created in collaboration with the University of Irvine and Baylor University to help find out more about the impact of stress on our bodies and how we can develop coping mechanisms in order to live a better and healthier life.
The open access videos are available in the link below and have been widely publicized on the occasion of mental health educational campaigns.
