AXA Launches A Pledge for Science Campaign

Science is not an opinion. It’s our Future.  

Science and research are facing today unprecedented and major challenges: decreasing of public funding, anti-science narratives spread and rising misinformation.

At AXA, we know that science is a pillar of our society and our future. And as an insurer, we understand the importance of supporting science and scientists to address emerging risks and boost solutions for a better future and the common good. We do need scientists as reliable explorers to help the society to find prevention and mitigation solutions to globalized risks and polycrisis.

That's why the AXA Research Fund was created back in 2008: since then, we've dedicated 262M€ to support scientific pioneers, funding over 750 research projects worldwide to boost risks understanding and solutions in health, climate, socio-economics.
