In an international environment, within the department that leads Group Brand, Communications and Sustainability, you will be supporting the communications activities of the AXA Research Fund, in close collaboration with the rest of the team and the Group’s network of communicants.
You will be in charge of the day-to-day management of digital communications, content creation, social media and engagement campaigns, of management and monitoring of digital platforms (website, YouTube channel..) with the objective to increase the awareness of the AXA Research Fund, the engagement of the Community of AXA supported scientists, and to enhance the value of the supported research projects.
Communications at global scale, hence mostly in English
You will carry out your missions in close collaboration with the Head of Communications of the AXA Research Fund
Digital communications and channels
o Management and promotion, both internally and externally, of the AXA Research Fund website, in particular its media gallery,as well as the Youtube page
o Editorial planning, management, and monitoring of the Fund’s social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
o Support to the engagement of the Fund’s academic community: feeding and monitoring of the community platform, content creation (videos, webinars..)
Content management and creation
o Content production (videos, articles, interviews, project presentations…) internally or with support of external partners, and their promotion through AXA’s communications channels.
o Support and promotion of communications campaigns (partnership announcements, webinars...) with agencies, academic partners and members of the team
o Production, content and layout, dissemination, and results monitoring of the Fund’s monthly newsletter
o Support for the promotion and monthly reporting of the activities of the communications and community.
o Management of digital projects across the team (publications, events, etc.)
