Since 2023 Lisanne Raderschall leads Strategic Partnerships and Development Initiatives at the AXA Research Fund. Prior to joining the Research Fund, Lisanne worked at the OECD’s Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities as a policy analyst and project lead. There she managed policy dialogues and developed evidence-based recommendations for national and sub-national governments on topics such as green transition, social inequalities, innovation and multi-level governance. Before moving to France, Lisanne set-up a Berlin based co-working place for social economy initiatives and worked as a researcher and brand strategist in Berlin. Lisanne holds a Master’s in Strategic Foresight from Free University of Berlin (Germany) and a Bachelor’s from the University of Maastricht (Netherlands) as well as the University of Sydney (Australia) in the fields of Sociology and Political Science.
